Reutlingen, 16 July 2021- Following the establishment of SofarSolar GmbH, the European team is expanding rapidly to provide customers with a dedicated support and service line to help tackle any problems or issues that may arise.
After a careful review of the present set-up in Warsaw, Poland, SofarSolar GmbH confirmed that the service in Poland will be quickly expanded and professionalised in the short and medium term. To support this growth, the company is looking for new, larger premises as well as to hire more technical customer service representatives, to improve the existing technical hotline service dedicated to the Polish market. Then, as a second step, SofarSolar will also start providing similar technical support to its customers in Central Europe.
At the same time, SofarSolar GmbH is working towards setting up a service warehouse that will be purely geared towards enhancing customer experience and providing efficient and timely after-sales support, for example by being able to deliver spare parts or inverters within 72 hours. A refurbishing centre will also be connected and set up at the same location to repair SofarSolar products onsite when needed.
With its customers in mind, SofarSolar has also established the SOFAR Academy, to provide technical training to the company’s partners across Europe, and to ensure the correct and best use of SofarSolar products. The first SOFAR Academy centre was established in Rzeszów, Poland. Other SOFAR Academies will be set up in Warsaw, Poland and Reutlingen, Germany in the short term.
The SOFAR Academy provides general technical webinars and, to ensure optimal efficiency and provide the best experience, practical local training sessions for installers and service partners. The sessions are organised in convenient small group set ups (up to 10 participants), to ensure that everyone gets the most out of it. Each training provides plethora of practical knowledge and skills needed to install SofarSolar products. As of now, SOFAR Academy has already conducted five practical trainings and various webinars in both English and Polish, connecting hundreds of participants across Europe.
The next in-person training sessions (“Certified SOFARSOLAR installer – on-grid systems”) are planned to take place on July 23 and August 6 in Rzeszów.
