Reutlingen, 3 November 2021 - In recent days, SOFARSOLAR Academy has published the schedule of all upcoming webinars. Tomasz Grnyo, Head of SOFARSOLAR Academy, will be heading these webinars. Topics of the webinars range from introductions to our product portfolio and energy storage solutions, to extensive step-by-step guides, for example on how to use the SolarMan monitoring portal. "These webinars are the perfect entry point for new partners and customers who are just starting using SofarSolar products," Tomas Grnyo says, "but they are also meaningful for existing users, as the sessions will help clarify certain aspects and provide more information and technical know-how on how to install products, use specific functions, and so on." The training sessions are also important in preventing future issues. "By knowing all the features and parameters, it is much easier to do a proper installation that will meet all the client's demands. Lacking such knowledge would likely cause issues in the future or customer unhappiness, for example due to suboptimal performance."
The SOFARSOLAR Academy is a significant step for SOFARSOLAR in further personalising its relationship with its partners and customers and an efficient way to share more in-depth information. Christian Buchholz, Executive Vice President SofarSolar GmbH, mentions this is one of the main reasons why SofarSolar GmbH was established.
